What you need

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp sesame oil

tsp white wine vinegar

tsp garlic powder

pinch salt

0 First, cut the eggplants in half lengthwise. You don't need to remove the skin. I also like leaving the stems on because they look nice, but you don't have to. 1 Next, make the marinade. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, garlic powder and salt to an airtight container. Throw the cut eggplants on top. Place the lid on top and shake it very well until all of the eggplants are coated. Put the container into the fridge for 15 minutes for the eggplants to marinate. 2 Heat a pan on medium low heat. Place the eggplants flesh side down. Cook one side for 2-4 minutes. Then, flip and cook the other side for 2-4 minutes. Smaller eggplants cook faster compared to larger. 3 Serve immediately.
